An opaline yen.

A Wintergreen meadow with hallucinations in store  Housed an Orange Palm Tree, flamed in an arcane Ghost  A dilettante was Blue, maudlin with fancy Infusing the Grey outcome of reality. A silent noise of the tales unheard,  Reverberates as the shadows that pass Scream for harmony and lights that last. Conspiracy, a plan, of this giant macrocosm Leaves the Blue  Wistful for another session.

IN AN OTHER

-AAKRITI THATAL In another world,  I have you with me, just here.  In another world,  I have not even a hint of your being.  In another world, I walk the streets that lead to our home.  In another world,  Sedition.  In another world,  Letters and words have greater weights than moments and meetings.  In another world, Nothing but actions.  In another world,  Acceleration, already.  In another world, No velocity.  In another world,  Journeys endless.  In another world,  Nil movement.  In another world,  Adage and tenets.  In another world,  Free spirits.  In another world,  Established concord. In another world, Incongruous perturb.  In another world,  Us- You and I.  In another World,  You. And. I.  Might.  May.  Must.  Should.  Would.  Could.  Be.  In another world, That's the call for our duty.  __________________________________________________ Transience.  Transitory in all affinity.

VEIL

-AAKRITI THATAL The cars lessen in number  Their honks more distinct Birds slow down their pace  Singing tales of resting.  Purple tinted night, Pink tinted day Clouds and the sky Covet another day.  The cries of the lesbian  Her aberrant state Sounds of fetter Heard till the nearby estate. The shutters scroll down As the shops now close Goodbye hugs and kisses  Curfew and its big nose.  Grey smokes of cigarettes Yellow High Dark does the covering  No hiding by.  The TV volumes lower The lights light up Tourists flood in  The nearest hub.  An added layer or two The skin embraces As the cool of the breeze Now slowly professes Its arrival now calls for A bowl of warm soup Dip in, a bread stick Swallow a rice gulp.  Tired bodies  Resort to soft beds  Resort to cots Resort to the cold floors. Some tired bodies  Do not resort at all.  A lullaby here A sleeping pill there  Two or more late night pornography A depressed soul, bare.  Pitch black ten o'clocks  Some blue lit streets  Ligh

GRAVITY- II

-AAKRITI THATAL The spatial cliff acknowledges  The hanging limbs Gravity affected.  Falls weightless, and flight it embraces.  Regular motion against the backdrop of  Stars, that shine to the scintillation of The view perceiving set, I become.  Only to travel back to the  Stretches and squishes I reckon.  The green, blue and brown Incessantly, visit me As memories maudlin Subverse my crown. "I'm not on it," I register To the heart that gained weight  During the free fall.  Supernormally transcendental and intricately multiplex Images crossed the pathway It once did walk.  My galaxies, in the fashion of your lips' curve, they swirl Let us again, free fall.  Gravity pulled me down, again.

GREY IMAGE OF BLUE CLOUD- II

Beyond the barricaded white,  Distinguishing the system from the surrounding, Is a view conceivable to every eye that is not blind, Every pupil that opens and every iris that has colour.  Through the white bars, I see an image that has always failed to Put a cessation to amazement and surprise. Across the rigid, white panes is  An image which is palpable, real.  An image that has spoken to me always. In this dread of trying to  Conjure up beautiful verses and  Phrases to describe the scene  That these view-perceiving set has always encountered,  Is a trial to make things work out in the end.  There is an attempt to keep the decadent alive,  In the image I still look at.  In the midst of wanting to explode and  Show the viewer the sounds and  Make them listen to the views,  I paint a picture.  I paint a picture for you  To see how the conciliatory notes and the Magnanimous words that transpired between us, Have only decimated the soul, right at the core.  As I look at this image, in fr

NEEL

-AAKRITI THATAL Edgy moods and reiterated hearts, Boomerang syllables and unjointed clause. Stingy vision and uncoloured hue,  Celebrating the conceivable shades of Blue.
